The business model for most street artists is based on tips from passer-by’s.. Last night in the London Underground, I came across this artist looking at it in a disruptive way and using the opportunity digital tools provide to market his services as the main reason to play his music there (making the tips a secondary revenue stream). Its simple, but I thought its disruptive stuff that we might be able to learn something from and look at our business challenges in different ways !! Feel free to bounce off any ideas :-)

Good find by Cnet’s Stephen Shankland:

It looks like Chrome users, not just Android users, will get access to Google Now, the search giant’s technology for bringing weather reports, trip departure reminders, birthday alerts, nearby restaurant reviews, and more to the attention of Android users.

Google Now is one of the few recent Google software projects I’m legitimately excited about. It’s very well done and seemingly getting better by the day.

A sneak peak at ‘google now’ was very exciting, I am looking forward to more from google’s core product teams!!
